Join two-time US Canoe/Kayak Team member Kip Koelsch for this in-depth seminar that covers the least taught, but most used, kayak stroke. A veteran of three Colorado River 100 kayak races, Kip will lead you through forward stroke theory and then have you practicing techniques on land and on the water. After videotaping each participant’s stroke, he’ll provide a detailed critique and suggestions for improvement. Following the videotape analysis, he will cover drills and training/conditioning methods that can help you improve your forward stroke.
